Yiamas Ouzo

Ouzo is the most famous drink in Greece and is made by the infusion of highly purified spirit base and the essence of anise, then bottled at 37% alc/vol.

Ouzo will turn milky white when mixed with ice or water, otherwise mixed in cocktails, or to marinate fish.
