Whisky King Sour


2 parts Lanark Whisky
1 part Jake Thomas Bourbon
½ part grapefruit juice
½ part lime juice
½ tsp liquid honey
dollop of egg white


Make several slices in the cherry and soak in the Lanark Whisky. Add the Jake Thomas Bourbon after 5 minutes along with the honey, grapefruit juice and the lime juice. Froth up the egg white and add to the mix, then shake well. Serve over a few ice cubes
